What is a myth or a legend?
A myth is a made up story that many people believe in. Our ancestors passed these stories down to us. Some myths are positive and full of excitement but some are negative and filled with fright. Many myths are about how things started (e.g. the story of Matariki). A legend is the same thing as a myth.
The senior classes went to Mangere Mountain for this topic. The wonderful guides conducted the classes up the mountain. We walked and the guides taught us some myths and legends from the views that you could see.
I loved the topic of myths & legends.

so i made it in to reps and people have been asking me “what does reps mean” well here is the answer.Reps mean represent its something to do with netball,there was this man named pj he was the coach for the academy he owns the browns road court but hes not the only one.Reps is represent for the netball witch means that your the reps your in,your representing it.people like me just made it in because i was not working great until my last game.I was going so hard because i wanted to make it in.So what ever i join i have to go hard when i first joined in the reps i was so happy because my friends made it in too.But it was hard work we had to run to this gym an do alot of work out but i happy because i can get better at my netball then last years.

Every Saturdays my Netball team challenge other teams to games. Sometimes we would lose and sometimes win. Before each game we would have to run around the court 2 times before stretching. The things I find hard about Netball is defending shorter players, there always quick and I’m scared I might make one of them trip.But my favorite position is Defense. I have been playing Netball for 3 years now.

A dog is assigned to the role of a man’s best friend, companion or partner. Dog’s may be colour blind but they have an canine muzzle allowing them to have a talented smell, well known for sniffing out bone’s, stray cats and if in the police and fire department, people.
Why are a breed of dog’s called Pit bull’s?
A theory stat’s that the place of origin for the pit bull’s are put in England at the time of the Norman Conquest 1066, when the butcher’s would use large, Mastiff-type dog’s to latch onto a bull’s nose and not let go until the bull was subdued. These dog’s were the only way humans could take control over a bull when it is disturbed, anxious or harassed. Sadly this was eventually changed to a sport were men would place bets on whether the dog or bull would survive each other. You might of guessed it by now, but that is why this breed of dogs are named ” Pit Bull Dog’s”.

On the way to the museum it was so noisy around me the notifications from everyone who bought a device with us, the sound of everyone arguing. As we walked into the entrance we sat down with room 7 so we could know the rule’s.
#1- No wondering off to certain places without permission
#2- Keep quiet when your inside the museum
#3- Have fun and enjoy
After we finished we headed up the stair’s where we saw a lady that was teaching us about dinosaur’s she told us that Joe Griffin from Napier found the first fossil in New Zealand. The fossil was from a Theropod it is a Meat-eater. Joe Griffin found other dinosaur fossil’s from New Zealand too. After that we split into 3 group’s and went off I was in Ms Jones group, the first section we explored in the museum was the Special Exhibitions Volume: Making Music in Aotearoa it was so much fun taking picture’s and trying to make some music. After that we went to the Origin’s where we could see the dinosaur’s fossil our group took lot’s of picture’s. After we finished we had to head back to meet up with the other group’s to have lunch after we finished we went back to school and waited until the bell rang to go home.

Hey guys, today i’ll be talking about my favourite place…Fiji!
Fiji is separated into two islands: 1. Viti Levu 2. Vanua Levu. The capital of Fiji, ‘Suva’ is located in Viti Levu. If you look at the map, then Fiji will be above New Zealand, Fiji will look like a dot and a line right next to each other.
I like Fiji because Fiji is surrounded by water and you can always get a nice clear view of the aqua-green, everlasting deep marine blue waves which are next to a bouquet of coconut trees. I also like how the sun always shines even if the clouds block it.
One of the unique things about Fiji is the coconuts and how the masters of Fiji serve them to others. Coconut tree leaves are perfect for a day in Fiji because the long leaves give everyone a nice, cool breeze to calm themselves.
